Request to Delete Your Pointz Account

The steps below outline how to request to delete your account for Pointz (created by Pointz Mobility at this Google Play store listing)

To delete your account:
1. Fill out the form linked here, sharing the email you used to sign up for Pointz.

2. Our team will be in touch shortly to fulfill your account deletion request and verify via your email address that the account is yours. 

The types of data to be deleted include a user’s first name, last name, email, statistics on distance traveled over routes taken, city, zip code, last visited location, number of trips, and gamification points collected. 

Please note that all data related to your user account will be deleted within 3 days of your email verification and confirmation to delete the account.
